Vision
I research human brain by using proton magnetic resonance spectroscopy and computational approaches with a focus on brain cancer and epilepsy from discovery to translational studies. I am interested in theoretical and methodological studies of proton magnetic resonance spectroscopy for its applications in imaging neuroscience. I am also interested in developing novel computational algorithms, which consider the physiological meaning of metabolites and nature of brain tissue, for achieving better clinical outcomes. I am keen to support open science by contributing to scientific software and making it available for multi-disciplinary researchers.
